Hello everyone!
Well, what a busy week and with a fantastic end! So busy in fact that I had forgotten to post the blog until today! The children loved visiting the Big Top on Thursday and we have had a fabulous sports day on Friday. I am so proud of the children and how they supported one another as they ran their races.
Parent/Teacher Consultations
Parent/Teacher Consultations will take place via Zoom on Monday 19th July between 8:30am and 3:30pm. This will be to discuss any questions you may have about your child's report which they will be bringing home on Thursday 8th July. You can book your appointment using the Scopay system from Monday 5th July. Please email us if you have any issues with this process. Once you have booked your appointment, Zoom details will be emailed to you during the week before our meeting.
Now on to our learning for the coming week, we will be:
- Learning more Phase 4 tricky words in our Phonics sessions.
- Finishing our flying superheroes from last week by adding the final touches to our pictures and adding the speech bubbles.
- Thinking about real life superheroes and all the different ways that they can help us.
- Making patterns in our Maths sessions, using numbers, objects and colours.
- Exploring objects using our sense of smell, this is carried over from last week.
- Sharing and discussing the story "The Worrysaurus" in our Circle Time session.
